QNET's Amaral Shows Off Riches No Public Record Confirms
Lavish Abidjan property and land claims appear in no registry or public filing.

Fofana Amaral, a senior figure in QNET's West African network marketing structure, has built a public image of wealth that investigators have been unable to verify in any public record.
Amaral, known in promotional circles as VC Amaral Fofan, holds the titles of Associate V Partner and Diamond Star within the direct-selling organization. In published interviews, he claims ownership of more than two acres of land, multiple properties in affluent areas near Abidjan, and a business empire called Groupe Cocograndnut. No accessible land registry, corporate filing, or beneficial ownership document has been found to support any of these claims, according to the reporting.
The regulatory backdrop is severe. QNET has faced government bans, including action by the Ivorian Treasury, and allegations of fake-job and trafficking schemes in Ghana and Nigeria. The evidence points to brand-level adjacency rather than personal indictments against Amaral. Still, his unverified wealth claims raise questions about how new recruits are attracted.
His political title also appears inflated. Promotional media describe him as a full elected Deputy in the National Assembly. Official 2025 electoral records in Daloa tell a different story: they list him on the RHDP ticket as a suppléant, or substitute candidate.
His academic credentials remain unconfirmed as well. Primary university records supporting a claimed 2006 Master's degree and a 2008 MBA from Pune have not surfaced in accessible public channels.
Two verification paths remain open. Land registry records from the Conservation Foncière in Abidjan and Daloa would confirm or disprove the claimed acreage. A search of the Ivorian corporate registry, CEPICI, would establish whether Groupe Cocograndnut legally exists.
What remains unresolved is whether electoral bodies or parliamentary ethics committees will audit the asset declarations of candidates who simultaneously promote controversial multi-level marketing schemes.
